I represented Graduate Student Association on this committee. This committee tackled various issues faced by women undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff at the university. One of the biggest issues tackled by this committee during my tenure was Paid Maternal Leave which is a huge issue for all working women in the United States. In addition to attending the committee meetings, I also worked with the following subcommittees:

    • As one of the main objectives, I started the initiative to offer graduate students working/studying late at the university a transport service by University Police.
